Binding agreement between KD222 and registered users of the platform
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and KD222 (hereinafter referred to as "KD222", "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our") governing your access to and use of the online betting, sports wagering and live casino services offered at https://kd222.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on KD222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: KD222 takes underage gambling seriously. We conduct age and identity verification checks during registration and at any subsequent point we reasonably suspect that a user may not meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts of users who cannot satisfy age verification requirements will be suspended, and any winnings derived during the period of unverified status may be voided.
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the KD222 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether in the same name, under a different name or by any other method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. KD222 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify KD222 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
KD222 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in order to confirm user identity, verify age, prevent fraud and comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. As a Pakistani user, you may be required to provide the following documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal:
Document Integrity: Users must never alter, crop, obscure, falsify or modify any document submitted for KYC. Submission of falsified documents may constitute fraud and will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all balances. Always upload documents exclusively through KD222's official secure HTTPS verification portal — never via unsecured chat, messaging applications or email.
KD222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period as communicated by KD222 may result in account suspension.
You agree to use the KD222 Platform solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All bets are subject to acceptance by KD222. KD222 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected of having been placed based on insider information, where the odds were displayed in error, or where KD222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
In the event that a market is published with an obvious or palpable error in the odds, KD222 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at those erroneous odds. Decisions on palpable errors are made at KD222's reasonable discretion. Users will be notified where bets are voided on this basis.
Where a sporting event — such as a Pakistan cricket fixture, PSL match or Premier League game — is cancelled, abandoned or postponed before the completion of the minimum period required for bets to stand (as specified in the applicable sport-specific betting rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may vary by sport and market type; users are advised to review sport-specific rules available on the Platform.
Live betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a period of market suspension will not be accepted. KD222 employs a "bet confirmation" mechanism for in-play wagers to protect both users and the Platform from latency-related errors. Confirmed bets will stand provided the acceptance criteria are met at the time of confirmation.
Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event, per-bet and aggregate daily basis. Specific limits are published in the Platform's Help section and may vary by sport, market and user tier. KD222 reserves the right to limit winnings from any single bet or series of bets to the applicable maximum payout, regardless of the calculated theoretical return.
KD222 may, from time to time, list various payment methods in the cashier section of the Platform for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice and may vary by user jurisdiction. Payment providers referenced — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency networks — do not endorse KD222 or this Platform. Users must verify current availability directly in the cashier before initiating transactions.
Where available, accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KD222 reserves the right to determine the functional currency of user accounts and may apply currency conversion at prevailing rates where transactions are conducted in a currency other than the account currency.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method, user account tier and jurisdiction. KD222 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Users must have fully completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be approved. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotions Terms, the Promotions Terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements and time limits are set out in the Promotions Terms for each offer. KD222 publishes these requirements clearly before a user opts into any promotion. Bonus funds forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
KD222 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the relevant account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging across markets, systematic exploitation of free bet offers or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
Welcome bonuses are available to new users only and may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Illustrative welcome bonus values referenced on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are subject to minimum deposit requirements, match percentages and wagering requirements as specified in the current Promotions Terms. These figures are illustrative only and actual bonus amounts depend on the deposit made and any applicable caps.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, KD222 reserves the right to withhold or void any balance in the account, including winnings, to the extent permitted by law. Where an account is closed at KD222's discretion in the absence of user fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method where feasible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KD222 is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through KD222's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents KD222 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has legitimate grounds to do so. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted under local law and accept sole responsibility for compliance with any applicable Pakistani legislation.
KD222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, KD222 will use reasonable means to notify registered users — which may include a notice on the Platform homepage, an in-account notification or an email to the address registered on the account.
The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://kd222.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
